Terms of Use
The ground rules for using this website. Short version: browse freely, ask us anything, and do not abuse the site or copy the work without permission.
These terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Adal Zisper Studio website. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry you agree to them; if you do not agree, please stop using the site.
They apply to the website only. Paid work is governed by the written proposal, quote or statement of work we agree with you — if that document and these terms ever conflict, the project agreement wins.
What this website is
This site is our portfolio and our enquiry channel.
- It showcases our editing and AI-video work. A fresh install of the site ships with generated demo clips, which are illustrative examples rather than client work.
- Enquiries sent through the form are an invitation to talk, not an order or a binding booking.
- There is no shop and no payment processing here. Payments, where they happen at all, are handled under the project agreement.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 16 years old, and able to enter into a contract under the law that applies to you. If you contact us on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Enquiries, quotes and projects
Sending the contact form does not create a contract and does not commit either side to anything.
Price, scope, format, deadlines, revision rounds and ownership of deliverables are agreed in writing before work starts. Availability, turnaround times, view counts, statistics and results shown on this site are illustrative examples of past work and are not a promise of any particular outcome for your project.
Intellectual property
- The site itself — its design, layout, code, copy, logo and the demo clips — belongs to Adal Zisper Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
- Portfolio items may feature client work, shown with permission. All rights in that footage remain with the client or their licensors.
- Tool names and logos mentioned on the site (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Runway, Midjourney and others) are the trademarks of their respective owners. We name them simply to describe the tools we work with; that is not an endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
Please do not copy, scrape, re-upload or republish our content without written permission. Linking to the site is very welcome — that is what it is for.
Ownership of finished project deliverables is set out in the project agreement, and normally transfers to you once the final invoice is paid.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the site unlawfully, or to send spam, phishing or malware;
- submit anything you do not have the right to share, or anything false, defamatory, abusive, hateful or infringing;
- probe, scan, overload or attempt to breach the site, the admin area or the backend services;
- scrape or automate requests in a way that degrades the service for other people — the contact form is rate-limited to five submissions per ten minutes per session;
- interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the site.
We may block access and take legal steps if these rules are broken.
What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send through the contact form, and you give us permission to use it to reply and to prepare a quote. Please do not send confidential material before we have agreed a contract — we may need to share an enquiry with the team and our service providers to answer it.
Third-party links
The site links to social platforms and may link to other websites. Those sites are not ours and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information.
Availability and changes
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of it — including these terms — at any time, and may take it offline for maintenance.
We keep the site accurate in good faith, but portfolio items, availability and statistics can change without notice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising out of your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to GBP 100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of RO, and the courts of RO have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
